There are currently 3 options for delivery.

These are:

Collection from The Stithian Shop on the school campus, collection from the McCullagh & Bothwell Hyde Park Corner Branch or collection from the McCullagh & Bothwell Fourways Crossing Branch.

Where the selected collection location is The Stithian Shop on the Saints campus, these will ordinarily be available within 1-2 working days from order placement.

Where collection is from the McCullagh & Bothwell Hyde Park Corner Branch, these will typically be available within 3 working days from order placement. Please click HERE for store details (address and opening hours)

Where collection is from the McCullagh & Bothwell Fourways crossing Branch, these will typically be available within 3 working days from order placement. Please click HERE for store details (address and opening hours)

In any event, and irrespective of the collection location, you will receive a notification indicating when your order is ready for collection.

If you are unable to collect from the two locations above, please send us an email, and we can arrange to courier items to you. Additional charges may apply

Sizing can be tricky! However, if you purchase the wrong size, the garments can easily be exchanged at The Stithian Shop. For further sizing assistance, please go to sizing guidelines.

Our philosophy with regards returns and exchanges is to be as customer-centric as possible – in other words, if you as a customer feel you have a problem with a garment or product, we will, within generous reason, do our best to address your problem. Most exchanges are related to incorrect sizing, and we encourage you (provided the goods are still in a fully ‘sale-able’ condition, and you having your invoicing etc) to do sizing exchanges. Please note that the prices you will pay via the online shop will be the same as what you will pay at The Stithian Shop.

Pricing is a very important issue, one which we are very sensitive to and one in which we constantly try to balance quality and value for money. In line with this, we are constantly scanning alternative products which better meet our criteria. From time to time, we will test alternate suppliers. At times, this will mean we have two suppliers (which may mean slightly different finishing, sizing and even pricing) until we, often in conjunction with the school, have formed a view as to which source is more suitable. Where there are two sources with different prices available, we will endeavour to display these on the online store separately.

Although we work really hard to avoid stock outs, it is possible that you may place an order which we are unable to immediately fulfil due to us being out of stock. If this happens, someone from The Stithian Shop will contact you, and the way forward will be jointly agreed. If we do have a stock out, please accept our apologies, and know that we are doing everything reasonably possible to address the issue.
